Guys,

I think you all are getting a little carried away with the Griz stuff. Griz left on his own accord, no one asked him to leave.

I consider Griz a friend by I also consider Tony a friend and an really don't want to get in the middle of this. I hope you all understand my position about changing my avatar.

Lou

Its all good lou.
Even noob got on board.
It will pass and something else will get our attention.

How about looking into thread I ask you about? What'ha think

Same here Lou, my intent was to just encourage Griz to come back if he checks the forum. I'm in no way taking sides. But you got a point, I don't want the appearance that I am, So I'll put the picture of the wife layin on the jetski back up.

Jake,

In your dreams. This has nothing to do with anything, but when we bought the pontoon it was already named "Dream Maker", I know that it's unlucky to rename a boat, but I did add one small word to the name "Wet".

No one can say it was a boring winter.
I think the sever is going to blow with all the action.

Im sure he will be back. I've searched for him on other sites and he wasn't. So hopefully he'll get over it and come back to play.
If he was closer I would go knock on his door. I just added him as a friend.

The site and countless posts of which oil or why doesn't it start or winterize threads will continue.
Poor Griz's poor before and after thread.
We have a whole new season coming so be prepared to resist the search or look for it
Or just don't reply and/or link them the site to get it fixed.

I have a final snow report, we officially got .2" of snow, however I think it's more than that, I sent my wife out to get the paper and there was snow almost all the way across the sidewalk. The sidewalk is 3', so I'm thinking it was more like 36".

Ocod,

I took a look at that thread and after reading it, I think since everything else has been eliminated, it has to be retaliated to moisture getting into the Mag. cover. I would pull the flywheel and take a look at the stator.

We got a grass covering too, wind has been howling all night, supposed to get a couple inches today. Snow is all the way across the doublewide driveway so I guess we got at least 16'.

by the way, WallStreet, in all your what I did today reports I don't remember seeing that you flushed out the knuter valve. It's a common rookie mistake to miss that but if thats got any sediment from sitting around and clogs up you could burn up your engine on your maiden voyage. Should find it in your manual in the cooling section (if it's even covered). That's why alot of rookies miss it, the flushing procedure is not always coverd in a basic manual.

HEY!!!! you're RIGHT!! i was lookin in dat dare clymer manual i wuz luck enuf to get holds of and writ dehr.. in white n blak.. shoe nuf... dere be dat dere sneaky KNUTER valve!!! gonna git me out early in da morn, when i hear that darn rooster a screamn... and i'z a gonna go and find dat knuter valve and flush it out!~!!

guitarsjm - the knuter valve is very important. I cleaned mine for the first time this past August when Lou suggested it. Man, was it ever dirty after i flushed. It took 1/3 can of carb cleaner to make it shine again.

BTW - Important heater recall on SDB network News.

This is very important. Don't forget about the Turbo Encabulator, it's really important that it's in perfect alignment, or you could overload the unit with too much duractive capacitance. Also be sure to check the warbler valve and the attached girdle springs
