Awesome, and where did you get those nice ribbed rubber mats for the floors and step areas? Any pictures of where you mounted your speakers?

I ordered them from sbt they were 320.00. Ill post speaker pictures tomorrow for you

Speakers are circled in red the other rear speaker is on the side of me under the gear selector and throttle control.

Front speakers are 4 inch and the rear are 5.25. The systems sounds great and is plenty loud

You don't mess around! I think having left a little white between the rub rail and black looks really good! Boat looks awesome...nice job!

Your right about that! I was impressed. Let me know how Lake Michigan works out. I wanna try it out myself

Where in indiana are you? Im looking for some lakes to go to

Thanks for the compliment much appreciated

I live in South Bend, we have lots of inland lakes to visit within half an hour from here mostly just over the line in Michigan and I keep my big boat tied up in the port of Saint Joseph on Lake Michigan. There's a few really fun one's in particular to visit come on over anytime and we can go drop the boats in and have fun! Diamond Lake in Cassopolis Michigan is one you would have a blast on with the Sea Doo.

I'm thinking of maybe heading over to Michigan City or New Buffalo next weekend to cruise around the harbor's and then head out into the lake and toss the hook at the beach for the afternoon. Frankly with fuel prices being so high anymore, we don't use the big boat for much more than a floating cottage and take a couple short overnight trips to adjacent ports with it.

For years now most of us have done the biggest share of our boating out of Zodiacs with small outboards we keep tied up to the swim platforms but for me that was getting uncomfortable and old in a real hurry. The jet boat has put the fun back into boating for us and were really enjoying it.

On July 20th the wife and our neighbors are doing a boating day. If you would like to go to michigan city or new bufflo im in. We can meet and take the cruise together

Were leaving that Thursday before to head up to Washington Island for the weekend, but I'd love to get together after that if you're free. Maybe we can get a Midwest member beach day in if anyone else wants to join us. Also, I'd love to run the Chicago river and see downtown that way, not sure how to go about doing that for launching, getting fuel etc. while underway but that's just a short drive over there with the boat in tow.

Heck yeah I would love to do that. Let's plan a day. My neighbor used to have a boat and has done the down town run. She know exactly where to go.

That sounds like fun! Pick her brain as to where we can launch etc. and when we get back from up North let's check the weather and make a day of that I have some friends in Naperville that would love to join us.

Well after a summer of the boat I have come to realize that with more than 2 adults the boat was worthless on lakes. So I enjoyed it one last day before it went to a new home. I enjoyed the boat and had a ton of fun working on it. For now ill see you jet boat guys later thanks for the help and support.Sold her with only 4.3 hours on the new motor, drive shaft, wear ring and impeller
