96 GTI cranks and when it goes to start it stops

All,

I was riding my 1996 GTI the other weekend and when I went to go hit a wave the sea doo shut off. I tried to start it back up but no luck. Put new spark plugs in and still not luck.

Currently it is cranking normally but when it goes to start up it stops immediately. I put jumper campers on it and still won’t fire up. I checked the solenoid out and everything was tight.

Can someone help me out to see why it is acting this way.

Check your fuel system, especially the fuel water separator. Sometimes if the threads are worn on the cup they will come unseated after jarring around and cause an air leak.
