First attempt this season, GTS ran perfectly on the trailer, but after putting it in the water, it will start, but promptly quits after a few seconds. Over and over.... Fresh fuel, as my tank was empty over the winter, and all I had to do to get it running was to prime it with a little starting fluid to start the fuel going. In-line fuel and cup filter are clean. Carb was pulled last year for a good cleaning. Suggestions?

No advice from anyone???

Surely someone has seen this scenario before and can lend a minute to give me some direction before carb removal?

Carb internal filter replaced last summer

Yes, last season when I pulled the carb, the internal filter (about the size of a thimble) was replaced. Remainder of last season, it ran fine. As for battery power, that's not the issue, as it cranks fine, and the battery was on trickle charge over the winter. I'm rechecking the fuel lines, but haven't found any flow obstructions. Also, last season I changed out the fuel selector, as it had some gunk in it causing flow problems. Remaining suggestions?
