Can someone verify if this is the idle speed screw?

As per the manual for a '94 XP 657X (page 130, Section 5, Sub-section 3) I believe this is the correct screw to adjust the engine idle? Turn clockwise to increase to 3000RPM out of the water or 1500RPM in the water. Changed the grey fuel lines, cleaned the carbs and internal filters, its idling a bit low now. Thanks.

Its actually #59
I think you have the right one in your picture.
It should move throttle plate down as you turn screw in.

Yep, that's the one in my picture. #33 is the MAG low speed screw I believe which is not the one I'm looking for. The manual shows #59 as the correct screw. Thanks.

The idle screw is #59 b/c you can see the return spring. Give it gas as see the metal stopper and point of the screw going through tab of carb.
If you look to the left of the silver hex bolt in your picture you will see the LS needle. It has like a "T" to help tun screw in.

Ok, so just to confirm I want to adjust the one in my picture (#59) to change the idle right? Or are you now saying I need to adjust #33 instead? I'm a bit confused. Thanks.

It looks like the one in your picture is correct.
The one going in perpendicular is the LS needle.

Turn the one you have in and listen for the rpms to go up.

But you can see it if you watch throttle arm move as you give it gas. You can see screw pressing up against stopper plate of carb

edit: Fixed last post. Corrected pn you questioned
