ok so trying to fix the blower and it does work by jumping it with jumper cables. BUT there is no power to the wires going to it, I tried to swap the switch to the auto bilge and it still shows no power going through to the connection where the wires plug into the blower. I know there's got to be a fuse somewhere on this darn boat and I cant find any. HELP!!! I didn't see any fuses near the blower nor did I find one where the wiring harness ran the starboard side to the cock pit. Are they perhaps inside the cock pit behind gauges and stuff. Do I need to remove the steering wheel and junk to disassemble the cockpit and look there too?

SO I checked the switch and there's two black wires together and one blue wire that jump from one switch to the blower and they are showing 26V and the switch light comes on but there's no power going out of it so I am thinking that it is a bad switch. Going with that idea and ordering a switch Any objections to thinking it is a bad switch?

The fuse is located under the hood where the gauges are. you need to remove the storage bin to get to it. I believe that it is a 7.5 amp fuse. My blower wasn't working and found that this fuse was blown, replaced it and now it works like a champ! Not sure if this is the same for your boat or not, just thought I would provide a suggestion.

On my 2001 Sportster, the fuses are in the engine compartment right on the MEPM. The blower is a 7.5a.

If you are reading voltage to one side of the switch, but not the other side, then you have a bad switch. You could put an ohm meter on it and you should read 0.0 ohms when the switch is on, and OL when in the off position.
