2008 RXTx no beep no start, looking for help

Weird one this season. No beep when engage either key. No click. No start. But I can jump across the solenoid, and it will kick. It is acting like a fuse or dess, but I bet y'all know other potential problems. I searched and didn't find a thread that fit, but feel free to refer me. Thanks.

Troubleshooting so far: I checked dess post, and it has continuity correct all 3 wires to the connector just above the gas tank (I replaced this a few years ago). I replaced battery. I checked voltage to solenoid and to fuse box. All fuses look good (ever had one blow that still looks good?). No corroded wire connections that I've found (I spray corrosion spray during winterization). I banged a bit on the dess and the solenoid in case they were stuck.

Could a bad solenoid or a bad relay cause no response from dess? My gauges have been intermittent for several years now, but my beeper hasn't failed me (at least thru last year).

Any troubleshooting ideas that could help me narrow my search? I hate electrical problems - I'm bad at them. Thanks again

Update: Bad main relay. I tested my old relay, thought i heard continuity, but apparently didn't... I had ordered the most common culprit parts during troubleshooting - but the relay seemed just too obvious to be the actual problem. Sure enough, the fuse box got the juice it needed with a new main relay. I got beeps. And it cranked. So, I won't replace the solenoid that I bought at the same time.

I think the main relay sends voltage (connects the ground) to the fuse box. So, if nothing happens when you connect the key, change that little $8 relay before moving forward with troubleshooting. Then change the solenoid if it doesn't crank, especially before worrying about the dess, the ECM and the starter.

Now it's running rough after the winter. I'll change the fuel filter and get rid of the old fuel. The plugs were new at the end of last year, and the injectors were cleaned recently. Hopefully this doesn't start a new 'running rough' thread.
