where is the red rectifier wire? in the gray box behind the seat?

im having a miss at high rpms and several people suggested unpluging the red wire and see if it goes away indicating a bad rectifier, i asked in my other thread where this red wire was cause im out in the truck and cant work on it til tonight, and no body replied so i figured i would ask here, thanks fellas

In a Challenger I don't know exactly, but here's what the rectifier looks like.

What Lou said. It's inside the electrical box under the starter solenoid.
