Just had a quote on FedEx.com to ship my engine out to SBT and it'll cost more to ship it than the SBT premium engine will cost to buy.

I guess I need to throw this in, how do you know those can not be bored? Wieseco sells ovetbore pistons.

I would think they have a dealer in Europe and a muster point, do not hold me to that.

Are there no parts on ebay.uk?
The bottom end is very easy to do, no real reason to ship the whole engine.

Very little parts on eBay over here. I look every day and I've never seen any cases or cylinders come up for sale. I'll have a chat with the guy in the ski shop tomorrow. There must be somebody around who can either re sleeve them or rebore them. I'd rather new sleeves as it's all oem spec and everything's new then so nothing weak to break in the future.
Just to ship the cylinders over is over $300

Try the motorcycle / snowmobile guys to they all are about the same.

Measured the bores today and their standard spec. Made a few phone calls and there's a local company who'll bore them out for £75. Dropping them off tomorrow morning so I'll get them bored out 0.50mm and order a set of SBT pistons to suit the rebore.
Hopefully it'll all be straight forward and I'll have them back in a few days.
