Ok...so after many attempts...l eliminate the electric pump before the pulse pump for one of the squeeze balls( l dont know the name) but the motor started...now i have a real bad leak...it looks like is coming from inside the fuel rail or injectors...so yes Tim...l may have to take everything apart once again and check...but why wouldn't start with the little electric pump(brand new and working) versus the squeeze ball?

Electric pump before the pulse pump??????
The electric pulse pump, properly called "lift pump" is pump #1.
Is your fuel filter clogged? Do you have the proper polarity to the lift pump? That pump only runs about 20 seconds each time you turn the key to RUN.

Do you have any air leaks on the fuel pick-up hose? Is the lift pump making its thump-thump sound?

The pulse pump is an engine-driven pump tucked in close to the block. Hard to see. Follow the hose from the lift pump. There are actually 3 fuel pumps.

It does sound like you have some damaged o-rings. There should be a youtube video about lubing and installing o-rings.

Yes...l believe that's was going on Tim...pickup pump filter is new...new lines...actually the other pump(engine block)..we replace the gasket and clean it up...i can see the leak shutting from were the injectors seats...l probably mess up one of the o rings...after installation...back to take the manifold apart...l would love to have this boat ready for spring.

Took everything apart once again...and found the gas leak.
