Is its possible for water to leak into the hull through the jet pump bolts?

An easy way to check with it on the trailer is to elevate the front of the ski and start filling the hull with water from the hose. Don't get too crazy but you should be able to find the leak.

And if it is the bolt studs that are leaking, remove the pump, seal around all bolt holes, re-install and your done.

You can always use Loctite 518...it should seal well. It cures only when there is no air present, but works very well. I have used it for many years on cars too..

I'd be worried about the pump vibrations cracking that stuff since it gets hard when dry. Black RTV is plyable and wont get brittle and crack with all the pump vibrations.
