We used the regular for years until the marine formula was introduced, they both will extend the shelf life of your fuel considerably. The key IMO, is to either empty the tank completely (don't do this in case of electric fuel pump is in tank) or fill the tank completely to reduce head space in top of tank and keep fuel pump immersed in fuel (in case of in-tank fuel pump).

Unless you live in a very warm/hot place and that your ski stays under the sun unused for six months, I don't think your gas will go bad that fast using one brand or another (evaporation is critical in hot weather).

This is a very personal opinion as I live in a cold place. However, I have had some gasoline staying in a jug for more than six months (but not in the sun) and after that time, the gas was still smelling "fresh". You know right away when gasoline has gone bad, smells like past due (expiration date..).

Regular Stabil is OK in my opinion.

Sorry but yes we do. 10% of it. But I always put premium in my ski (and all my other toys/machines/cars). I think all skis should use premium for a little more kick.
