Tune Up - May I get some help

Many of you have been super gracious and given me tons of advice on my 2000 Challenger 14FT Seadoo , and all I can say is Thank-You very very much
I want to give it a Tune Up and I was wondering if someone could spell out the steps via Picture or Video for me if they have seen anything like that here before
I figured I'd change the Plugs
then I'd clean the Ravs - ( how do you clean the ravs ) ?? anyone
then it was suggested I change the Pump Oil ( again I need some help with this )

how to section goes over the rave valves to clean them. The jet pump oil you change yearly with new plugs, and every couple of years change the small oil injection lines on the pump and oil injection filters. You look over everything else to make sure it is fine the cables, switches, the levers and so on.
