Trailer Storage box. .. Looking for ideas

Hi guys! I picked up a different 2 place trailer that is much longer than my other two place.
It has a lot of room up front & I would really like to mount some sort of storage box up front.
Has anyone done this? If so would you share a picture, or possibly mention what you like, dislike
or would do different if doing it over? It would be really cool If they made one with two separated
areas for fuel/oil & one for life jackets etc.

There is a thread about this. Dr honda posted about an Aluminum box that i think he bought at Walmart or costco or some place like that.

Whatever you do make sure the "opening" is facing toward the skis with the hinge of the box towards the hitch of the truck.

Here's my style. The one with the two 96's I had the box sectioned off for lubes etc, vests and tools. All indoor/outdoor carpeted. Now my other set up was the same type of work box but a gullwing box and that kinda sucks, but still functional. I divided it so lubes/tools on one side and vests on the other. That is going to be the trailer I use until I can pick up a newer aluminum unit OR if I can dig up a trailer like my 96's were on. I do have a larger single lid Kobalt box that was on my 86 Chevy that is still like new and huge like the one in the first pic and that will replace the gullwing. I like space, and it's gotta look good, I prefer to stand my vests up and not lay them on each other when wet. You could probably shake one up on Craigs for pretty cheap.

Thanks guys. That gives me some ideas. The trailer I picked up might have been converted to a PWC trailer at some point. Its not real big, but its pretty long & I can tell that the cross bar with the winches is not original. I'll post a picture later this weekend.
