Stock setting is 1 turn out, your running rich which is why it’s not running right with the air box on

Will got it to run with air box on and Start, one turn out low speed, pull choke out, some throttle one pop, than 1/3 throttle only and starts. They should of added more holes on back side of air box for more carb air, if you flip it wouldn't matter

Yes runs fine, glad I have allot of free time
