Mine does about 67mph. It use to only do about 62, until I replaced all the components on the RAVEs.( New bellows, springs and piston exhaust, etc.) When I put it back together, I adjusted the little red cap to be level with the top of the valve cover instead of turned all the way in. This gave me better top end, but causes a little cavitation if I try to go from idle to WOT.

So to summarize, RAVEs adjusted all the way in (factory setting) equals better performance out of the hole. RAVEs adjusted up level with the top of the RAVE cover equals better performance on top end.

EDITED to add: Mine is a 110hp. (not limited)

My 97 XP will do 54.6 with me on it (185 lb.) With my 110 lb. teenage granddaughter it'll do 56.3 on a Garmin GPS not the speedometer. It has a R&D recreational aftermarket head, intake grate and steering nozzle. I might have to try the RAVE valve adjustment....

The results to my post up above were speedometer readings. I have since checked with a GPS and mine tops out with me on it (185 lbs) at 56.1 mph, so it looks like Chester is about right on.
