Here is the reply
I think you'll find the fuse tucked up (tied wrapped) underneath by your battery switch. It will have a cap on it. Failing the fuse its a 12V pump so to just test the pump you could just try hooking the pump to battery. Doesn't really matter what polarity you connect it it uses reverse polarity for fill and empty.
