Sticking throttle body 03 GTX 185

Hi guys, I have been having problems with my throttle body sticking lucky not on the water yet I have it In my garage and just lubricating thing up the other week I started up on the hose pipe and the throttle stuck open. So I rock it of and give it a good celeb and every thing was working fine so put it back together a week later I tried the throttle and it stuck again. Off it came again this time I didn't put it back on an a few days later I turned it by hand Alan I could feel it starting stick again is there anything I can do to cure this problem? Thanks
