We just got the ski out of storage, this wasn't used at all last year. Had about 4 gallons of gas in tank. Filled it with fresh premium and it won't fire. Pulled plugs and they are wet, tried different set still no fire. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jay

Hi Jay, you engine is loaded with fuel because either you have no spark, or, a flooding of fuel. try removing the spark plugs and cranking the engine to clear out the excess fuel. be sure to ground your plug wirers in there proper location!!! clean or replace the plugs and try again. perhaps Kustom Karl or The Seadoo Snipe could tell us the proper way to check for spark.[spark plug grounded to block?] good luck Geoffrey

It's running

After letting it sit for several hours, it started just fine. I must have loaded it up on the first attempts. Yes taking the plugs out did help. Now have Seafoam in tank too. Will put new set of plugs in next. As when I took it to the lake and ran it for an hour at all speeds. It does have a bit of hesitation when taking off.

Thanks,

Jay:cheers:
