start button cover replacement

Does anyone make a GOOD replacement cover that is nice and pliable for these switches? I've replaced both my 2000 RX and my wife's 1997 GTI a couple of times now with ones I got from Amazon, but after a season or two the plastic loses its elasticity...especially when it's cold.

I've never bought one myself, but I trust these guys for anything PwC. I'm sure someone can attest to their start button quality.

OSD ones are better than the cheap plastic ones.
