Speedster with Gas Gauge stuck in FULL

Seen multiple threads but i never saw if the gauge does not move at all. Mine does not move at all even with power on or off ect... Any thoughts.

Gas gauge stuck in the FULL position. Seadoo speedster 2006 twin engine jet boat.
