I have a 2002 seadoo xp that I have bought as a project. I've made good progress on it and have started to diagnose and fix smaller issues with it. the speedometer on it shows 0 then when the key is put on it shows 10 mph when sitting still. I have tried turning the wheel at the back and it dosent move off of 10mph. any ideas on what could be causing this and possible fixes?
