Looking for a replacement plastic/nylon T-Fitting, part # 204560038, used for fuel venting of a 2001 Sportster LE. I believe its currently obsolete.
16mm x 16mm x 10mm? Male barbed tee fitting.

I had that tee break also, and wasn't able to find an exact replacement. I ended up buying a 5/8 x 5/8 x 1/2 tee from Napa. I had to use a heat gun to soften the hose so I could get it on the 1/2" barb

I'm beginning to question why a tee fitting is even needed. The 5/8" line attaches to a connection on top of the fuel tank, and the smaller hose, that's tee'd to the fitting, goes to the vent line for the fuel sending unit. Both hoses simply vent the same fuel tank. I'm pondering the thought to capping off the smaller hose; and use one straight 5/8" hose to connect the vent check valve to the tank.

Honestly not sure why it needs to be vented when the tank has its own vent. Only reason I can see is maybe to equalize pressure in the baffle with tank pressure, but I believe the baffle has a hole at the top, which should accomplish the same? Either way, I wanted to replace what was broken as close to factory as I could, and haven't had any issues
