I own a 1995 Seadoo XP it hasn't ran in three years, but when it did it would run fine for maybe 30 seconds then bog down and die. I'm thinking its the electrical box (MPEM) but i don't know. Anyone have any ideas?! thanks
if all apart, and you got 5gal jug of simple green, then i'd let soak for a day, but no patience,....CARB CLEANER. Disassemble easy, so you can re-use the o-rings/gaskets.
mine did this last year, funny thing is it was as simple as replacing the fuel filter. mine was dirtiest enough to allow it to run about 20-40 seconds then die. if i waited about 3-4 minutes it would start again, then die a few seconds later. try that, maybe a $15 part will fix ya up.
