Yes it’s a 2-stroke.
No oil pump won’t flood the engine. From your symptoms it’s the inner crank seals that leek from the rotary cavity and the only permanent fix is to replace the crankshaft.
A temporary fix is to put a shutoff valve on the 12mm oil lines from the tank to the intake side of the crankcase.

There’s no PTO jet.

Front (MAG) carb
Main 140
Pilot 67.5
High speed screw 0
Low speed screw 1-1/2

Rear (PTO) Carb
Main 142.5
Pilot 67.5
HS screw 0
LS Screw 1-1/2.

Well 4 of them one is a double up, what do you think I should replace them with, were these the wrong jets in here, according to your jet sizes you posted me I just want to make sure I all of the right ones thanks so much for your help

You can look at the parts diagram for your exact year and model and it will tell you what jets to use.

Being a little bigger on the main jet like you have won’t hurt anything.

To determine the front carb, is this the carb facing the front of the boat and which jets go which 145 and 67.5 front and 140 and 67,5 rear is this correct

On the left are the o-rings for the high and low speed adjustment screws.

The two on the right hold the fuel pump mylar check valves down.

Okay great thanks for that I am just working on both carburettors now and they don’t appear to have gaskets under the plates they just have the O-ring type does this sound correct to you I guess the gaskets supplied must be for another sort

Can someone please put in the right direction to find a carburettor breakdown diagram for a Seadoo speedster 1999 twin engine 2 stroke

I have looked at the diagram on this website and this seems to be the incorrect one my carbs don’t have the rectangle gaskets only the rubber inner gasket.

Great thank you very much for this I really appreciate it look I’m looking at joining to be a full member premium paid option can you please inform me that I will be able to get information on my boat is when looking into it I am a little confused on the section where the says SpeedStar with different codes I actually can’t see my boat there could you please inform me possibly what model number My boat would be
