Hello Guys..

I know this as been asked before, but im a complete newbie. I have got a watercraft, where the engine was rebuild to new. (Said seller) Its blinking in OIL low, but i have filled it up. I was also told that i should mix gas and oil 4% to be sure.

I took it out on the ocean the other day, and i was running idle inside the port for 15-30 min without any problem.

But as i went out on the ocean, and wanted to see what it could do. Engine ran fine and had fine acceleration for 10 min. Suddenly it died. I had 2 new sparkplugs with me, and i changed it while stuck on water. And as soon as the new plugs, it started immediately.

Plugs are black and greasy.

Is it too much oil? Is it something electrical that burns the plugs.. What could it be.. Please help :(

Plugs are fouling from too much oil mixture. I would not mix oil in the gas on an RFI seadoo. The low oil light is from the oil level sensor not functioning properly.
