Hello again everyone! I have a new problem. Does anybody out there have any information about performing a pop off test for a round BN38 mikuni carb? I've been searching everywhere but to no avail. I've been Trying to get my JS550 in the water for a while and could use some help. If anyone has a link to a video or pics on where to hook everything up that would be amazing. Something step by step would be most helpful. My ski ran really good for a minute or two. I shut it off and then wouldn't start. It sputtered like it wanted to but never started. Also I noticed a pool of fuel in the intake just below the carb. Compression is 150 and spark is good. If anyone could shed some light on this you'd be a summer saver!

Thanks in advance, Adrian

Download the shop manual for the 89 SeaDoo; the fuel system has a lot of good info. I have found that the lever for the needle valve being too high will cause flooding.

Good luck
