Disclaimer...Kind words speak louder then harsh. My spelling might not be up to par along with my grammar. If that's an issue move on. Now to my project.... So I started this project 2 years ago.. I've took my time on planning this project and have finally got the rest of the parts to finish this project. And yes 2 years seems like a long time but remember life get in the way. And this project might not be every one's thing and to be honest I don't care. So about this project it is a one off one of a kind hand build one seat jet boat that will be powered by a 1996 seadoo jti. I picked up the ski a week ago for like 50 bucks. I have no other information on the ski other then what I have stated. Now the boat. Built in house over the span of 2 years. It sits out side now because of life. I let my buddy paint it for me and honestly wish he never did. I don't like it at all it will be stripped down and gone over this winter. 20190525_150053.jpg

Sounds like a lot of work but it will be rewarding when you get it on the water. The paint job is funky, I kind of like it too. It has that 60's custom look. If it's a one of a kind boat it deserves a one of a kind paint job.

It will be a ton of work. That I'm not scared of. It will just take me a while. Building the boat was a ton of fun and work. I went off of no plans and just did what I thought would look nice. Then things happened and life got in the way a buddy took it to store it while I rebuild my home and he painted it. It is cool and all for a retro type. It just not what I envisioned for it. I want to see it in the water running before I paint it. And thank you all

I second the paintjob, I like it, reminds me of our eliminator daytona picklefork. Except it was black and blue.

Very cool... I hope you get to finish it. Post some more pics of the boat. I would love to see all the work you did so far!

I'll get more pictures as soon as I get all my hay done. I had pictures of me building the fiberglass hull. I can't find that camera I was using for it.
