no electrical but boat runs

Hi everyone

I ha ve a 2005 seadoo 4tec sportster. This spring engine compartment got flooded. since have checked for water in spark plug, everything okay. put it in the water it runs great but nothing electronic works even the bilge pump. all fuses are fine. any help i would appreciate

Welcome to the seadoo forum Jeff. I would check all the connections and spray them with wd-40 to displace the water than follow it up with silocon spray. Let it dry out real good.

thanks, i have checked all connections had engine open to the sun for 5days. I have a hard time understanding how it could be everything not working but boat still running great

That is strange...all the fuses have been checked? Is the DESS working...2 beeps an all?

i get the 2 beeps then it will start, i also just recently have got all the warning lights to flash once. sorry for theslow responses i am not good with computers and struggling with this

No problem Jeff. I would start at the battery box and follow all the wires that could have come in contact with the water problem. Check all connections and fuses...process of elimination. it is tedious but it needs to be done.
