need help with 2002 gtx 4tec turns over but won't start.

I have a 2002 seadoo gtx 4tec that turns over but won't start. 3 weeks ago I changed the oil and coolant it would start but only for about 5 seconds. it then sat for those 3 weeks now it won't start. I have changed the battery, cleaned the injectors, check the spark plugs, and given it fresh gass. but it stil won't run. does anyone have any ideas?

Spark, compression, fuel and air.

fuel...pull the fuel rail and crank the engine to check the spray pattern
compression...check compression with gauge for each cylinder
spark...pull plug and ground to engine to check spark for each cylinder
