Just bought a Sportster....couple of questions

Boat an 06 Sportster SC yesterday. There are three rocker switches on divers side. One is the anchor/running light. One is the bilge, what does the other do?

Last question, Anchor light comes on in first position, In second position, anchor is on, running light do not come on. Both bulbs good, no 12V to either socket?

FYI - After tinkering..found the answers. Swtiches are for Bilge, Blower and Nav. The issue with the Nav lights was a faulty switch even though it tested good with a multi-meter.
