Hi guys.

I got the head back from the head shop. Valve seat fixed, new valves, and oil seals.

Had the rod inspected for cracks and to make sure it's not bent.

Now I just got the long process of putting this thing back together!

Stay tuned!

Looks awesome.

Is it just me or is that a "fracture split" connecting rod? Pic didn't blow up enough for me to confirm.

Holly Sh!t!

Learn something everyday.

Never heard of that before. But, yes. As a matter of fact it does look like a "Fracture Split" rod.

Hi guys,

Motors back together. Just need a few bolts and some hose clamps and she'll be going back in the boat!

Looking forward to the first ride in this boat.

Hi guys.

Well, you know what the manual says.....Installation is reverse of removal.

My $30 home made shaft alignment tool. Looks like it needs some shimming!

Stay tuned for updates.

Awesome work!

I love seeing people who can take on this stuff themselves.

Thanks for the photos as well. I always wondered what the bottom of the engine looks like because I have never seen it.

Where I live this morning it looks like a great day to go out........except is -5 Celsius. Jealous that you can go out and test in November.

It's ALIVE!!!!!

Take a look at the gauges. The dummy lights. The oil pressure light should come on right? I don't think that indicator is working. Maybe a burnt out bulb?
