I'm thinking Riding nearby on Sat the 2nd about visiting the event on Sunday the 3rd.

all kinds of big boys, supposedly there was a 106mph record setter (gps) just recently. I'd like to go there just to look inside some of those spectacular engine bays and next weekend radar will be back so it will be officially official then.

Amazing how the same group of guys keep popping up though, the same ones who pioneered jet boating are still building them..... These guys set their pumps way back to maintain hook-up, looks pretty strange with most of the pump sitting outside the transom:

you will see the 2 riviera's ski's on 1 trailer, he was there from puerto rico , and that 1 ski has a graphic that said the only 100 mph ski -- (the white one), it was pretty cool, watching them all in warm up runs, with lap tops, adjusting the pop off pressures and making runs, hearing the boost "popping off" and that red ski, with the rear pipes, he broke a steering cable about 80 plus mph and ran up on the bank on the far side of canal , but that was in warm ups, and he replaced and ran later that day .....

I've n ever been to drags, and i'm going to be about 40 minutes away so it seems like a good excuse to go. (sure beats golf)

I'm wondering if i'll get bored, since I always got bored at races, and got REALLY bored at Freeride.
