Install Guide Thru Hull Repair Insert

How do you install Seadoo's thru hull repair insert #292000075, What is the procedure to install the above repair part. What type epoxy do I use, do I sand down fiberglass before insertion? Do I work from inside or outside of the seadoo? Since it is a Seadoo Part (292000075) is there a installation guide?
