Impossible to tighten... Pls help!

I have a seadoo RX 951 and cant tighten the bolt that holds the exhaust on to the manifold! Is there a special tool for this?! PLEASE HELP

Are the threads stripped?

No its not stripped I cant get a wrench in by the pipe to tighten the nut on the STUD

Do you have the carbs off? It's a lot easier to do before you install the carbs.

No I have the carbs on everythings ready I think just that one bolt needs to be tight

Unless you have the curved wrench from BRP or Snap-On, it's way easier to pull the carbs off.

When I'm working on my XP I put the exhaust on and tighten the nut then put my carbs on under it. Just as easy for me and no special tools needed.

does anyone have the snap on part number or what it is call. my snap on dealer cant find it. sea do can get it for me but i like snap on more.

The Snap-on tool is a CXM1519 but you will have to grind it down to make it as thin as the BRP tool so that it will fit over the nut.

yeah so the tool from snap on it 4 times the price of course and is not the right one and i still have to grind it. so ill stick with the 26.00 dollar one from seadoo themselves
