engine runs fine, but since prev owner had no idea of what was done when, was a car dealer who bought it a boat auction to have something for the kids to do while they visited him in orlando.. other than that, it just sat and he used it only twice... thankfully so or it would have been blown to bits. anyway. i got 2 new plugs and i know the saying, if it aint broke, dont fix it. it seems to run great, no missing, no pings, just smooth, no smoke or jitters, or inconsistant running from what i can hear. but as i said, i did get 2 new plugs and was thinking it wouldnt hurt to put fresh ones in and i dont have a torque wrench if need be to not over tighten them. so once again, i did look for the answer in the forum but didnt find one. engine is a 97 717 single rotax. should i change them? what gap and how tight should i make them if i do change them. may just leave it for now... but the info will be handy when i do decide to change them. thanks!
