i am wondering if there is a way to check if the jets in the carb are clogged or not? i am thinking is what happened is that that cylinder was starved of oil and it ended up melting, and since it was so hot it melted that line right there and being that its a plastic line, the air being sucked in just broke through the soft part of the line. i would like to replace that black box, i think its an air box but im not sure, and the check valves, maybe someone could get me a diagram for it all. its a 1997 gsx limited.
