How to Remove Exhaust Clamp on '07 Utopia?

Couldn't agree more. The CANDOO is definitely on my list. Took her out yesterday for a ten minute ride. Beat her up a little bit to see if I would have any more problems. Took her up to 7000RPM and 50MPH. Sharp turns, varied throttle. Ran great. I do not have a full understanding of how the temp sensor would have affected performance, but it felt MUCH better then before. Not my normal ride, but I had to know. Will be on the water all day today. Taking her 17 miles to an island where we will spend the day. Wish me luck!

The temperature sensor on the exhaust is a protection and a feed back to the computer that the system is working in the right temp range.

For protection, by limiting the output on an over temp alarm, you can at least ride back home on limp mode. Wish you a safe journey.

It was actually the temp sensor toward the top of the engine. Since there are multiple, I am not sure which one, however, she never went into limp home mode... In any case, I have traveled over 40 miles the last two days and she is running great. Except for the sea grass. I have gotten used to jumping out of the boat half way to my destination and half way back to remove the large clumps that build up toward the back of the intake grates. Hopefully, it clears up soon... On my way back yesterday, after nine hours on the island, we saw three shrimp boats leaving the channel. Needless to say, I now really hate shrimp! As a matter of fact, I think we need to start a campaign to save the shrimp. They should really be considered an endangered species. Please everyone, eat chicken!
