i just bought a 95 gtx from a guy who had let it sit for a few yrs. and before he let it sit he hadnt had a tag on it for yrs. i need to go get it registered and i need to know about how much itll b. the last time it was registered and had a tag was 2002. so just give me an estimate of how much u guys think itd cost. thanks in advance

Just call your local vehicle licensing agent. Theyll tell you over the phone.

Price for the tag?? Every state is different, so call your local DMV.

In PA... it's about $28 for 2 years. But to transfer, you will pay the transfer fees, the title, and any taxes.

in texas you have 10 working days to get the transfer done after the sale or pay a penalty, and its handled through texas parks and wildlife. alabama seems to be handled through the dmv and you have 15 days from the sale to get it done. expect to pay vehicle sales tax on what you paid plus 25-30 for a new reg. sticker and around 50 for the cost of title transfer.

ya, in florida it runs about $100 for title, tag, registration, +$10 for late fee
