Help me! Am I screwed? (engine noise)

First Post! It may be a good one...

So I was in process of changing the oil on my 2002 GTX 4-Tec (non SC). Long story short, I screwed up. I siphoned the oil out of one, but couldn't finish the oil change that day. I came back a the next day to the seadoo I thought I hadn't drained (!) and mistakenly started it thinking it was the one that still had oil. Immediately upon starting it it made a noise... the engine literally was on for less than 2 seconds and I freaked and shut it off. I proceeded to change the filter and add the oil. I even added oil to the filter to "prime" it. I started it again, same noise. Now I have a hard time believing that I fried something, but do not want to go forward blindly either. Has anyone goofed or experience this before? Here is a link to the video of seadoo #1 (normal) followed by seadoo number #2. I am leaving to Lake Powell Wednesday and am freaking out!

I though maybe I needed to bleed the oil pump because the first accidental start drained it, but I have looked at the service manual, and it doesn't seem like there is any priming procedure? I don't want to just run it hoping the engine gets oil. The engine has made no beeps or warnings either? It seems nearly impossible to tell if its an engine noise or a driveline noise.

I don't think it's relevant, but I also just put a new solas impeller and wear ring.

I don't know. It eventually just went away. I think it may have been a pinched driveline bearing because after I threw the hose on for a while it just went away. Subsequently I did end up finding out I accidentally over filled with oil... Turns out seadoo wasn't as level as I thought when adding, so it ran rough. Siphoned out some oil and it ran fine. So honestly don't know. It never gave any fault codes or beeps so I didn't have anything to go off of. It ran great all week... Don't know if related butt It did cut out on rough water the last day of my trip and gave code p1682, I found a loose battery ground and some corrosion on the ecm unit as well as a blown 5 amp fuse. So the shop chalked it up to a solenoid issue... But again have no clue if related or not.
