GTX millenium edition SLOWING DOWN

I have a 2000 GTX DI millenium edition and when we first out her in the water she would scream across the water at approx. 65-70mph. however, as the days and riding go on, now all it'll do is at the max 61mph. im am very new to the rotax egine and have absolutley no idea on what to do. any help or comments would be greatly appreciated.

I would check the spark plugs and replace them. It is possable that they are fouled slightly.
Spark Plugs for 02 GTX DI. NGK ZFR4F-11 Gap/ 1.1mm or .04 in.
This might be the problem. Keep us posted.
