When I start my 98' GTX Limited, I get a 12V low warning on the digital display. It will start. I'm sure it is low. Does the battery have some sort of charging system? Do I need to keep a battery charger on it when not in use?

yo...wouldn't hurt. Might check the volts at battery, on hose real quik, see if between 14-14.5volts. If not, rectifier may be goin south on yah...

Where is this rectifier at? How much is it? Who do I purchase it from? I can measure the voltage when I get home. How does the battery stay charged?
