I purchased and installed a Fulton F2, 2 speed trailer winch on our Sea Doo 210 Challengers trailer. This thing is amazing. There is no effort at all to winch the boat up, I have not used the low gear yet as it's not needed in my case. The wife has no problems winching the boat up with the new F2 even with the standard gear. The gearing is significantly better than the factory winch, super smooth operation very easy install. In my case a ratcheting wrench was necessary for install.

After install I did find the large winch handle interferes with the trailer jack and the jack will need to be repositioned or this may give me an excuse for a new Fulton F2 jack as they are very adjustable.

After just a few uses I wouldn't return it for anything else.

3200 lbs... WAY overkill but we hope to move to a larger rotax powered boat in a year or two. I think the 3200 lb is the only two speed winch.

I put a single speed F2 on my trailer and it's way better than the original. Higher weight rating and dual drives make it a life saver and hopefully longer lasting too.

I probably would have been fine with a higher rated single speed F2 but didn't want to waste my money if the wife wasn't going to be able to use it. Now that I know any F2 winch would be a great improvement!
