Full Bore no engine year later

Nice! I’m glad to see you’re finally back in business! Although the wait is horrendous, I’ve only heard good things about the quality of their work, so hopefully you’ll have a runner...

Why are two new batteries trashed after one year? Most will last at least three years if proper maintenance is done. I realize people can ge over their head with work. If you are tired of delay demand money and original parts back and walk away.

There was quite a bit to this situation... If I remember right it was a bit over a year, but it covered two riding seasons. I’m just glad it got sorted and he’s got a good engine out of it.

Batteries okay maybe a little excessive. Maybe. I really debated on even doing this and bringing the thread back up but..... I did get my engine back finished! I didn't feel right just leaving this thread like so many others with no resolution. 6 years from now somebody could have done a Google Search and seen it. I'm just glad I got it and hopefully with no problems. I've said it before. You can be the best engine builder in the world, get a defective bearing and that's out. Fingers crossed! Happy day!

It’s always good to have a resolution to the post. And I wouldn’t want anyone that found the post down the road to get the impression that Full Bore took your motor and money and ran. They’re a legitimate shop and from all indications do excellent work. That wait time is terrible though!

Wowsa, that was a long tough road. I could feel your emotion, and I empathized. Glad to see it work out. Let us know how it turns out.
