Fuel Guage Question ?

Hi I have a 1998 SPX that needs a new fuel guage... I have seen a bunch of different guages online could someone tell me what years and models are compatible with this guage... There are six wires coming out the back of the guage. One blue with black stripe, one solid blue, one pinkish with black stripe, one solid pink, one solid black and one solid purple.... Any help woul be greatly appreciated... Thanks

Are you sure it's the fuel gage? I thought that about mine too and tested the gauge and it was good. Ended up being the fuel baffle in the tank. I replaced that and it worked fine.
