I've never seen a box(gauge?) like that. Maybe it's a depth finder of something. Perhaps he was tire of buying Tiny Tachs that got wet so he built a cover for them?

2nd... I'm going to go take a closer look at this project Thursday, it has stuff I don't need, but its a hell of a build, I know the owner. I wouldn't keep the turbo, anybody really wanna go fast ???? I'd have to source out a bunch of interior parts, but if I keep my eyes open I can find the right donor ski, throw an x charger on it and brappp !

A 04 rxp with mods is a good 2nd choice over a gpr conversion and would bring some of the fun back in riding again.

We used to ride those around way back in the day. squirrely as hell until you got it out of the water and planed out. Rides like a motorcycle on the water, with that front ski taking all the punishment. Rides you high out of the water. Really good at throwing a rider over the high side when trying to make a sharp cut.

apparently I misread the ad: the turbo is separate, but I'll clarify it tomorrow i'll be there to look

note: ALL the internals are missing, so i'd have to find the right donor ski to pull it off, so your really looking at a $6,000 + build either way, but it would be a nice ride.

Not sure, dropped the girls off at FLL Airport and drove o Jacksonville. Just got here about an 1/2 hour ago..
