I recently needed a mag for my 96gti. I decided to go used. I made my purchase from pungpowersports.com via Ebay. As most of the used parts listed on the web, the source informs you of the parts. Compatibility, status of pwc it was removed from, and a return policy. I made my purchase and paid extra, after the fact, to have the item overnighted. Upon istallation of the mag I did a visual instection and found that a couple of soilders were broken. So I emailed Pung29 of pungpowersports. Not only was his response quick, but apologetic. I was informed that a replacement would be in the mail the next day. I asked what I should do with the mag I recieved with the bad soilders? Pung responded with, "if its broke just keep it. I only want to sell working parts!" It furthur let me know of the reputation he wanted to maintain. Back to the replacement part. Not only did pung29 get it in the mail the next day, but he also overnighted the part! I installed the mag and I am back in the water! I just wanted to tell everybody that customer service in not just an idea, a thing of the past, but rather it still survives. Its being practiced by few and sought by most. If you need a sea doo part and want piece of mind, confidence, and to be back on the water fast then check this guy out first. pungpowersports.com or on ebay as seller pung29. I am sure your experience will be as good as mine. 96GeeTeeEye717 of Blue Springs Missouri:thumbsup:
