Electrical Probs

Can someone please advise me on what possibly could be wrong. I have installed a new batt., starter relay, and still no juice. I checked all fuses and cannot find why there is no juice.

are the wires attached to relay, on same side post, that battery lead is attached to...

I put the wires on exactly how they came from the old relay. I had everythign set and ready to go before purchasing relay but had no juice; that's when I thought maybe the relay was bad so I purchased that...didn't help any... Thanks for replying tho..I do appreciate it
