Dr Honda's Custom Vinyl.

I finally got a chance to put my new Registration Numbers on yesterday. They look Great! Thanks Tony!!!

I did learn one important lesson though - You really do not want to get Acetone in an open cut!!!

Still waiting for all you other guys that get so much free advise from Doc to order yours. He's still got that $2000 damaged probe to pay for. Git Ordering!

Nice to have been able to fix it instead of replacing it.
Thanks for the tips today.......I'm sure we will talk again soon.....:)

Hey Doc, I would like to finally get some decals made. This style with yellow/gold in the middle outlined in the GTX forest green. I had a cool idea since this is eventually going to be my wife's ski when we get another. She is from Green Bay so I am going for Packers colors since the green is already on there.

Also, whenever you have time I'm in no rush and see how busy you can get. I am gonna strip my "SEADOO" off the sides and want to try to get the same Seadoo font, but to say "PACKERS" with the same double layer as the hull numbers if you could quote a price on that.

I'm sure you don't hear it enough, but your time and help on this forum is greatly appreciated !

SDB, you should think about changing your name to TimTheToolMan

Actually I've been going by that moniker since 1993. When members of my new bowling team gave it to me and it stuck. Toolman2E is part of my email among other things.

no worries, its not really a rush, would be cool to have them soon so i could stick em on before i go for my first first or second ride.. haha yes havnt gone for a ride yet.... hopefully this week, been working no the seadoo to get it ready to go for the remainder of the summer!

quick question... so i installed my vinyl today.... i got the bottom part down good, then the second part was put on but couldn't really see well and when i finished the second part isn't centre to the background.... you think its easy to peel of the vinyl from the plastic and re start with a new one?

Unfortunately imperfection is sometimes something you have to live with when you play with vinyl, you will be had pressed to lift the top layer to reposition it now that its on. you'd be better to leave it as it is and enjoy it vs. risk destroying/stretching the vinyl as you peel it off.

Sorry you got it on crooked.

At this point, you cant take it apart to fix it. That's why you use the water with a little soap. Then, you can move it around to make sure it's straight.

PM me with what you need, and I'll give you a break on the price.

Oh... also, I head back from Greg today. I guess I was out for a couple weeks. He said that I would get Joe on reworking the forum graphic for me.

Here are some pictures of graphics that Tony just made for my 1996 Seadoo GTX. He had them finished and shipped within a couple days. Be sure to watch his installation video. They're a breeze to install if done correctly. I highly recommend his work!
