charged battery in 95 XP ... now its dead

I charged my battery in place in my 95 sea-doo XP, like ive done for years. after I shut the charger off and the seadoo wouldn't do anything, it acts as there isnt a battery in it. I was told today by a freind that your suppose to remove the battery to charge it or youll fry something. well I fryed somthing, anyone know what that might be? I checked the fuses the 7.5 one was blown so I replaced it, but it didnt fix the problem

if 7.5amp pops, then disconnect the VTS plug. From there, maybe battery is crap. Try another, or jump it (make sure "host" vehicle aint running)

Jumping wont do it, ( I think thats how I fried it ) Nothing goes on at all, no clicks , nothing
